The New Garnier Olia Oli Powered Permanent Color is the fanciest hair dye I have tried! It is so adorable! It comes with black gloves, a cool creme developer container, awesome bottle shaker! It's COOL!
I used to have crazy white blonde, yellow blonde, dark brown, light brown, black streaks all over my hair and this is the only hair dye that covered all the previous hair coloring in my hair! seriously, its that awesome!
